In Leisure Town, Architectural Review and Approval Matters. In Leisure Town we have rules, regulations, CCRs and Bylaws we are all supposed to abide by. In fact, when we all purchased our homes, we agreed to follow these guidelines. Article 8 in our CC&Rs covers the many items that require approval by our architectural committee and ultimately Board of Directors approval in an open meeting of the Board. Board meetings are scheduled 1 time a month, so you can see it can seem to be a slow process at times. Members are beginning to understand that if you are in doubt of whether you need this approval or not, please fill out a review request form with the office and we will schedule a visit to discuss.
